Ukrainian commander confirms Operation Vivaldi offensive in northern Donetsk near Lyman

He framed the move as the first of four “seasons,” urged a strict information blackout, and claimed heavy Russian losses; Reuters said it could not independently verify the assertions. Open-source analysts have floated larger 200–240 sq km estimates that Biletskyi did not confirm.
